What are the production workshop and equipment standards at Gelan Biotechnology, and can we visit the factory?

Our production workshop is managed in accordance with the 100,000-grade cleanroom standard, which meets the basic requirements for cosmetic production in China. The workshop interior is set up with clearly divided functional areas, including raw material weighing, emulsion preparation, product filling, and external packaging zones, to ensure an orderly production process. Personnel entering the workshop must undergo a standardized three-step disinfection procedure, and key parameters of the production environment, such as temperature and humidity, are monitored in real-time to maintain stable production conditions.

We are equipped with 15 advanced automated production lines, achieving a monthly output of over 5 million units. We welcome potential partners to schedule a visit to our factory. During the visit, accompanied by our staff, you can inspect the layout of the production workshop, observe the operational status of various equipment, and explore areas such as the raw material warehouse and laboratory, allowing you to form an intuitive assessment of our production capabilities.
