What are the production capacity and lead time of Gelan Biotechnology?
Production Capacity: Our factory covers an area of over 16,000 square meters and is equipped with 15 automated production lines. Based on this scale and equipment configuration, our current stable production capacity can reach over 5 million units per month.
Lead Time: The timeframe varies depending on the order type:
1. For orders utilizing standard formulations, the process from confirming all production details to completing production and shipment typically requires 25 to 30 days.
2. For orders requiring newly developed custom formulations, as the complete process involves multiple stages such as formula R&D, sample testing, and final mass production, the entire cycle generally takes 30 to 45 days.
3. We understand that there may be urgent market demands at times, therefore we also offer expedited production services. For such orders, we strive to shorten the delivery time by prioritizing their scheduling. The specific timeframe needs to be confirmed based on the actual situation.
