We have established a professional in-house R&D team. This team consists of more than ten R&D personnel who, on average, possess over ten years of experience in the fields of cosmetic chemistry and skin science.
Our specialized work primarily focuses on the following directions:
1. Trend Research and Formulation Development: We continuously monitor market dynamics and are committed to developing product formulations that align with cutting-edge trends. For instance, in formulation design, we explore and apply ingredient combinations that fit the concept of clean beauty, sustainably sourced raw materials, and delivery technologies such as liposomes aimed at enhancing ingredient stability and permeability.
2. Product Efficacy and Safety Assessment: To ensure product claims are scientifically substantiated, we commission qualified third-party testing laboratories to conduct relevant clinical trials on developed products. Common test items include skin hydration assessment, anti-wrinkle efficacy testing, and skin irritation tests.
3. Global Regulatory Compliance Research: During the product R&D phase, we take the regulatory requirements of target markets into consideration, striving to design formulations that comply with key standards from different regions such as the US FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, and the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. We also maintain awareness of regulatory updates to make necessary adjustments and optimizations to existing formulas.
